Cookie Policy & Storage Notice

Information about browser storage, platform technologies, and your controls.

Website draft · Business and legal approval pending

What these technologies do

Cookies are small pieces of data a website can store in your browser. Local storage can retain browser preferences. Hosting and delivery systems may also use network information and similar technologies to provide, secure, and diagnose a website.

Current website implementation

The Omni website application does not currently add advertising cookies, marketing pixels, optional analytics scripts, or a visitor-account login. The inquiry form does not store submissions in browser storage. An internet connection is required to submit an inquiry. No inquiry is queued for later submission.

The website loads platform functionality from Abacus AI, and imagery is delivered through a content delivery service. Hosting, preview, security, and platform services may independently process technical data or use storage technologies. Their exact cookies, purposes, providers, and lifetimes have not been fully audited. The controls on this website govern only the Omni-managed storage described below; they do not block platform services or certify that every response is cookie-free.

Storage inventory and duration

Preference storage: omni-storage-choice-v1 is a first-party local-storage entry containing your choice (essential or offline) and the time it was saved. It is written only after you choose an option, is not sent with inquiry submissions, and is not a visitor identifier. The preference is honored for 180 days, then discarded when the website next reads it and you are asked again. Your browser may retain the entry until that visit or until you clear site data. This entry is used to remember the setting you requested, not for analytics or advertising.

Optional offline storage: if you select Allow offline storage, the website registers its /sw.js service worker and uses the omni-public-v3 Cache Storage area for /offline-v3.html and the four branded app icons (192, 512, maskable 512, and Apple 180). The offline page contains public contact and emergency guidance. This cache contains no inquiry submissions, API responses, or visited pages. It can remain until you withdraw permission, clear site data, or the website replaces the cache version; browsers may also remove it earlier.

No optional offline worker is registered by the application before you allow it. Choosing essential only, or returning without a valid preference, initiates removal of Omni's offline worker registration and omni-public- caches. A previously active worker may remain attached to an already open page until you reload or close it. Installation of a home-screen shortcut does not itself grant offline-storage permission.

Your choices and withdrawal

Use essential only keeps optional offline storage off. Allow offline storage enables only the public offline feature described here. Both options leave the informational website and online inquiry form available. No option grants marketing consent, authorizes health-data processing, or approves international transfers. Continuing to browse or submitting an inquiry is not permission for optional storage.

Use Cookie & storage settings in the footer or on this page at any time to change your choice. To withdraw offline permission, select Use essential only. We retain the replacement preference so that your refusal is remembered. If your browser blocks saving preferences, the selection applies to the open page but may not be remembered on your next visit. Clear site data in browser settings to remove the preference itself. Choices apply separately to each browser and website origin, including different domains and the preview.

Managing browser settings

You can inspect, block, or delete cookies and site data in your browser's privacy settings. Blocking necessary technologies may affect a platform feature or website function. Browser-level privacy signals do not create an application setting for optional tracking that this site does not implement.

If optional analytics, advertising, or other nonessential tracking is added later, this notice and any legally required consent controls must be updated before those technologies are enabled. Contact the business with questions about the current website.
